More Pictures as Promised!

Daley had quite a journey to go through before she could come home with us. This first picture was taken the day after she was born...she was on a high flow of oxygen, had IV's in every place you could possibly put one, and she had a feeding tube down her throat. Looking back at all of these pictures makes me so happy that we finally have her home.

Daley had some jaundice so this is a picture of her with her cool sunglasses on!
Here is a picture when she finally got to take out the IV for good!

The night before we got to take her home...Denver and I had to pass the parenthood test. Haha...JK but it sure felt like it. The NICU wanted us to spend the night and take care of her as if we were home....that way if we had any questions or concerns they could be there in 2 sec. to help us and answer our questions.

We were just so excited to finally have a date to take her home!

Denver and I had fun dressing her up in a couple of outfits the day before we got to go home. This one Nana and Jennie got for her. Those premie outfits are so cute!
Daley is all ready to leave the hospital after 13 days!

Here is a sign that the NICU made for her crib.
And finally... here is a picture of Daley today! She is 6lbs. 1 oz. now and growing fast! Denver and I think it's crazy how fast she changes. Everything is going great now that we are all together here at home. Life couldn't get any better than this!

  4. I can't seem to figure out the comment moderation thing....There were a few more comments that I published but they didn't show up on here...I have no idea what I did. So if you commented and you don't see it here...it's not because I didn't like your post! It's because I guess I don't know how to publish them....I feel so bad they all didn't get on here. Please forgive me! Thank you so much for all of your comments!

I don't think I did my hair or put anything on my face the whole time he was in the hospital. You must already be a super mama. (0: Congrats, she's a beauty!!
