Hunting/Girl Pary

Back in October, Denver and the boys got to go hunting and the girls got to have a girl party! Denver, Mitch, and Porter went hunting early Friday morning and I snapped a picture of them right before they left. Jackson wanted to go so bad, he didn't want to be left to have to go to the girl party. But, he had to. The requirements to go hunting are:
1. You have to be potty trained
2. You have to know how to walk
3. You have to be weaned from your mom.
4. You have to be able to eat A LOT of JUNK FOOD.

Denver got really lucky that he got to go! ;)

This is all of us girls at the party. We had some non-alcoholic margaritas and we even had to call the cops! Well we thought we called the cops...it turns out that the police departments number is only one digit off of my grandparents number and we actually called my grandpa. He did assure us however that if he hears that really loud motorcycle again he would "shake him down" for us. We felt really safe after that.


When Denver and I were packing up to leave after the weekend Madison was posing for some pictures. We just love this girl!

Where Our Dreams Began to Come True

Denver and I got to go back to where he proposed to me back on Dec. 6 2008. He proposed to me on the Rim that overlooks Payson on the Crooked H Ranch where he grew up during the summers. It was a beautiful Saturday a few weeks ago and we decided to go to the ranch to see the fall colors and it was gorgeous! I didn't get any pictures of the trees but I did get pictures of Denver and I right at the spot where he proposed. This is where our dreams began to come true! Denver didn't even plan it...but it happened at the perfect time in the perfect way....it was everything that I imagined and simply beautiful! Thank you Denver for making my dreams come true!

Denver's 22nd FiEsTa!!!

Denver turned 22 on September 29th this year and we had a blast celebrating it for real for the first time since we've been together. We first went to Red Lobster where we had all you can eat shrimp! Then we came home and opened presents and ate cake!

Denver got some new sunglasses (which were purple and I didn't know it so we don't have any pictures of them....I will be getting him some different ones later.) and a new car stereo! Happy Birthday Sweetheart! I'm so lucky to have a man like you! I love you!

General Conference

This last weekend we go to go to Payson to spend time with the family and watch General Conference. I feel so bad though because I didn't get any of Nana, Papa, Tyler, or Madi! I just pulled my camera out for a second and snapped these few shots of the guys getting wood. We loved the time that we got to spend in Payson!

Elk Bugling

We got to go to Eagar and have a huge fiesta with the family! It was Jennie's last weekend in Arizona and we got to go see her and her family before they flew to Ohio. As a family we all went out elk bugling on Greens Peak and loved every second of it!


The keys got locked in the truck but the guys got them out! This is Denver, Blake, and Tanner getting the wire ready.

Brown Family Reunion

Denver had a blast at the reunion as always! Everything was just perfect and we loved catching up with all of the family! We still didn't get the camera out enough but we will do better!











Tanner and Braxton stole the pinata and the ransom for it was for Shelly and Shannon to have a dance off. This is Shelly rallying all the kids and offering $20.00 to anyone who could return it so they wouldn't have to do a dance off.



On our way home Denver and I stopped in Holbrook to take pictures of the sunset.

New Looks!

The Finch home has gotten a few new looks lately. First off, Denver got a new hair cut after a few months of growing it out. Here is the before picture....
